Gaza's schools reopen‏


About 200,000 children returned to school in Gaza on Saturday after Israel's 22-day war on the coastal territory [AFP]
More than 1,300 people were killed in Israel's onslaught, of which at least 410 were children [AFP]
More than 220 UN Relief and Works Agency (Unrwa) schools in the devastated territory reopened on Saturday [AFP]

Hamas-run public schools were also reopened in the Gaza Strip


Muslim aid organisations performed songs and dance to lift the spirit of the children [AFP]

Teachers have been addressing the psychological trauma suffered by children who have lost family members and friends [AFP]
